Return & Refund Policy

This policy only apply to orders that have been approved for a return upon thorough investigation.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Please note that returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@richcollect.co.za so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not yet received it, please contact us at info@richcollect.co.za.


There is one important thing, though: because you sell beauty/personal care products, this policy currently says those items are non-returnable. That means for Rich Skin, most or all products may not qualify for returns unless damaged or incorrect.
