Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • During peak periods (promotions, restocks, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended

Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected courier.

Available option:

  • Economy Delivery: 3–7 business days

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been collected by the courier, delivery is estimated as follows:

  • Major Cities: 1–3 business days
  • Regional Areas: 3–5 business days
  • Outlying / Rural Areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • High order volumes
  • Strikes or courier disruptions
  • Public holidays

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Shipping Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete.

Rich Skin is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts

A re-delivery fee will apply.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • The parcel
    • Packaging
    • Products received

We will assist with:

  • Courier investigations
  • Replacements where applicable
